Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini elected Fellow of Biomaterials Science and Engineering
Prof. Dr. Aldo R. Boccaccini, Chair of Materials Science (Biomaterials) at FAU, MAP Focal Subject Head for “Biomaterials and Bioprocessing”, has been elected Fellow of Biomaterials Science and Engineering (FBSE) by the International Union of Societies for Biomaterials Science and Engineering (IUSBSE), the highest honor the global biomaterials community can bestow. The International College of Fellows of Biomaterials Science and Engineering is a group of less than 500 of the world’s most distinguished biomaterials scientists. The induction ceremony will take place at the 12th World Congress on Biomaterials, which will be held in Daegu, South Korea from May 26-31, 2024.
