34th Career Day Family Businesses

In a very personal setting, individual career paths can be developed in binding discussions with company representatives. Compared to anonymous public companies, family businesses generally have significantly flatter hierarchical structures, greater personal responsibility on the part of employees and a stronger sense of corporate social responsibility.
